Focus

This is one of my favorite photos of all time. It's about the dreamy parts of summer and that kids have their own ideas, and that sometimes you just have to let them fly on their own. This shot took a few takes to get. It was all unscripted, I just had the kids run back and forth. I was trying to get his foot as the only in focus element. Sometimes it's good to focus (no pun intended) on the out-of-focus elements to see the real power of the image.
