Award Winner

I did something I never do. I entered a photo contest just for the heck of it. It was a fireworks photo contest, and I entered the following photo:

It won. I took this pic a couple of years ago.  I liked the framing of the shot that the house and trees gave, and the finale was in full swing. I was in the right spot at the right time. While I like this shot a lot, it was up against some really great photographs, and the win was surprising. Still was fun to win =-).
