Large Panorama Family Prints

I'm a big fan of printing. While today's smartphones take great digital pictures - perfect for instagram or facebook - they don't work well for the printed family portrait. Or, for printing in general. And while printing photos has become a past time activity, people still want to hang that big framed family photo over the mantle or wherever. I like to give them the option to print big. I don't mean 8X10, I mean 40X50 if they want to. At least once in my family sessions, I will use the panorama stitch technique to create a giant artistic family portrait. It involves using several frames to create one giant picture. This gives my families or clients the option to print at whatever size they want without losing resolution at bigger sizes. Here are some samples from my latest family shoot.
