Fun in the Snow

Ok, it was more sledding and fun with the family, but I'm a photographer so I had to test out some gear. This gear in question is one of my all-time favorite cameras. The Nikon DF. Much has been made of this machine, and it can be a very polarizing camera. Critics panned it, and maybe rightfully so. On the other side, there are a lot of people who absolutely love it. I'm on the love it side. One of the most talked about aspects of the camera was the autofocus system, and that it didn't perform well. I've used this camera for weddings and brief action moments with the kids, but I wanted to see how it would track a fast moving object. Max. Our crazy lab. Result? The autofocus is just fine!
